Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be visibly damaged and photographic material must be attached and the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or health products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape or open vinyl record
- Any item not present in the original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned over 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately the items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.
If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor has received the order to be delivered to himself for later delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out your return.
